Hi Folks. Recently my father-in-law gifted me a humidor with a few cigars. This was my first experience with cigars and I instantly fell in love. In the interest of learning more I've been lurking in this sub for a couple of weeks. I wanted to expand my selection so I ordered the [Small Batch sampler](http://smallbatchcigar.com/shopping_cart.php?sort=3a) from [this post](http://www.reddit.com/r/cigars/comments/2pd4uc/reddit_newbie_sampler_now_available_at_smallbatch/). Now, I live in VA but am visiting family in KY for the holidays so I had the cigars shipped to KY. I checked the tracking yesterday and they were out for delivery. Great service and I couldn't wait to check them out! However nothing arrived yesterday and the tracking said: "Your item was forwarded to a different address. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect" I checked the address and it was correct. I can only assume they were forwarded to the billing address in VA which means they're going to sit in my mailbox or on my porch in the Virginia winter for 2 weeks which will probably ruin them. I didn't leave any forwarding instructions so I'm wondering if Small Batch did and, if so, why? I've tried contacting USPS but no luck so far. Is this normal practice? I travel a lot so I want to avoid this in future.

Over the last week or so, I've been discussing a trade with /u/ZhixAA [1] for his GTX 970. I was going to pay him over PayPal for the card, as well as ship him out my 270x. He took my money (I made sure it was through goods and services, I'm smart enough) and (presumably) did not ship it. The only reason I say 'presumably' is because he sent me a tracking number for USPS that did not work. He also stated when things got a bit tricky at one point that he would "refuse shipping", even though he already 'shipped' it. On multiple occasions he said he payed the invoice I sent him for my R9 270x (we were doing it as if it were two separate deals, one for my card and one for his) but in all occasions, it was unpaid. Now, he has not responded to me for over 4 days. I have opened a case with Paypal and I am now resolving it.
