First of all, sounds dramatic I know. But his movie seriously had a crazy impact on me, so I'm currently 15 years of age and living in Australia, me and my brother just saw interstellar about 4 hours ago and I came out literally changed. Not to be cocky, but I'm a rather intelligent kid with a good knowledge of the space and space travel but really never had that big of an interest for whatever reason, but during this film I had moments of pure shock to what our galaxy has, Saturn was beautiful to see and I couldn't believe my eyes, thinking that something of that mass is just out there, and how little am I in the scale of the universe. This film made me think like no other, what's out there? Anything and everything I was questioning because it is truly the most incredible thing I've ever realised in my life, everythink about space like wormholes, black holes etc all are so amazing to me and honestly, scary. It scares me how small we are and how big the universe is, and the fact there's more universes just freaks me out. I've been spending my whole night lying in bed trying to understand everything about our world but cannot even handle it, how did this all become? I've never quite shared such an interest with something so much before. But researching more actually revealed very very bad news about our society and the world we must live in, the fact that we are spending billions on military's and complete bullshit to attempt to look taller then other country's and to have a sense of power is depressing. If somehow we could all just focus on the human kind and it's future, it would be amazing. The money we could spend on space travel would change everything, we would be walking on mars right now, who knows how far we could be. Sorry for this rant, it just sorta crushes me that we as the human race are wasting our opportunity and killing the races future. To quote the movie, let's hope the human race doesn't die on earth, which so far, looks like it might. I will try to explain the ending scene of this movie. Okay, here it goes. Note: This is one of the many interpretations that can be applied to the plot of the movie and still make sense. And so this is not the only explanation. This is just my Version. The Very ending scene where Cooper sets out with TARS to find Brand is actually the First Act of the plot. (Its kind of a Bootstrap paradox). **[BIG LOOP STARTS]** He finds brand in the new colony, and they carry out the plan B together. And they have TARS with them, which means they have the quantum data(whatever that means). With the help of the quantum data, they and the new humans make some tremendous scientific and technological progress. Which then they use it to create the Wormhole near the Saturn. It is very likely that cooper was with them all these times, because only cooper knows what happened/happens inside the Black hole(Gargantua), so only he could design such a Tesseract. And so he builds the Tesseract, with the help of brand and fellow new scientists of course, and program it to close the moment cooper is done transferring the knowledge to Murph. From now on, i will refer to cooper as past cooper, present coop and future coop where past means first act, present is in the Black hole and future is after the Black hole scene act. **[miniLOOP Starts]** Present Cooper now is in the black hole, pinging the location of NASA to past murph, which past Cooper figures out and goes to NASA. He gets selected to pilot the endurance through the wormhole near saturn. However Murph is getting the message STAY from Present Cooper, which she conveys to past Cooper, but he doesnt listen and decides to leave the earth. He then goes through the wormhole and blah blah unto the events till he falls into the black hole. Remember the Crash scene in the beginning of the movie?.. That is the scene where he falls into the black hole. Now he is the present Cooper. After seeing the Tesseract He realizes that there is no 'They', and that the ghost was him all along. He then sends the message 'STAY' desperately using gravity to murph, which the past Cooper doesn't listen to anyway, because he didn't listen to it in the first place. Now the Present Cooper realizes that time is a flat circle, and begins searching the tesseract for the dust storm moment so he can ping the location of NASA to the past murph. And then he does. **[miniLOOP ENDS]**. After pinging the location of NASA, Present Cooper then imparts the quantum data into the watch which past Cooper gave to past Murphy. And Then the Tesseract Closes and Present Cooper is stranded near Saturn, thus becomes the Future Cooper. (The science behind this is that Spinning black holes have a Ring Singularity, thus it is possible for some falling object to avoid colliding with the singularity and instead go through that extremely distorted spacetime and emerge on a white hole. i.e Other side of the black hole which is usually a parallel universe or a wormhole.) Present Murphy figures out that the ghost was his dad all along, and she decrypts the quantum data from the watch, and she finds a way to lift that huge NASA base to space. Which they do and put it on an orbit around Saturn, cause that's where the wormhole is. Now they are just waiting to travel through the wormhole and colonize the new planet(Edmund's planet) where Brand is carrying out the plan B. Future Cooper after having a little reunion with future Murph, sets out to find Brand on the new Planet to help her in the plan B. **[BIG LOOP ENDS]** This is just my interpretation. Feel free to discuss about this. And English is not my first language, so go easy on me.

[Fill this entire post with spoilers please.] When it was announced that she had been cast in The Dark Knight Rises, I was not convinced because I, like many others, could only see her as Princess Mia. I simply couldn't imagine her as Catwoman. Then, on July 20, I watched the film...and my suspicions were confirmed. Yeah, she was hot as Catwoman, but honestly that role could have been played by any A-list actress and it would have been no different. There was nothing really special or unique about Anne Hathaway as Catwoman. So I dismissed her, until two years later, after managing to avoid all the trailers, I watched Interstellar. And...holy. Fucking. Shit. First, that haircut. That haircut. It just looks so perfect on her. Whoever decided to give her that pixie haircut is a genius! Of course, one pretty haircut can't do much if the acting isn't there..but goddamn, that's there too! Here are some of my favorite scenes with her, off the top of my head: * The way she looks at Cooper when she opens the NASA conference room and says "Yes you do." * That sly, excited look she has on her face as she tags along behind her father and Cooper while they are touring the NASA facility. * When she shouts "I was trying to do the right thing!" Emotionally pitch perfect, and also the entire dialogue with Cooper that follows. * When she locks heads with Cooper as they are approaching Gargantua. Amazingly simple romantic scene with no words or forced kissing. * When she realizes that Cooper is going to sacrifice himself for her. "You promised there were enough resources for the both of us..." I could go on and on. When she got trapped under that wreckage on Miller's planet, I actually feared for her life in a way I never have for a fictional character. Thank you Nolan for trusting in her and casting her. I cannot believe that such an amazing actress missed out on so many roles because other directors were afraid of being associated with her. (This is true, you can look it up.) Was anyone else really disappointed with how this movie was scored? I loved the first quarter of it, but somewhere around the scene where Lou is talking to the news director on the newsroom set about not having a formal education, the music takes this upbeat tone. I get what they were trying to do with it, but the score wasn’t good enough and I thought it would’ve been so much creepier and affecting if they’d just toned it down or had no music at all during that scene. From that point onwards, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the score was trying way too hard to tell us how to feel at certain points. Also, like I said earlier, my favorite parts were near the beginning, where you see Lou discovering nightcrawling. The more I think about it, the sudden shift (basically a montage) to where he is moderately successful was unnecessary and jarring. Couldn’t we have gotten to that point in the story in a better way? It wouldn’t have taken much. God, it just seems, one day after watching it, that Nightcrawler could have been one of my favorite movies with one of my favorite actors with an amazing performance. Why does it only fulfill 2 of those 3 criteria? Same fucking thing happened with Interstellar. Why can’t movies be as good as I want them to be? Am I just way too jaded at this point or does anyone else share this view?

Yesterday, when Interstellar OST came out, I immediately turned on my Google Music and found a Deluxe version of this OST. However, after one day, it was pulled out and replaced with "normal" OST (16 tracks). Is this happening just for specific countries? Or did they deleted DE for all? I can still see the DE version since I had added it into my library, but it gives me error everytime I want to play it.
